The Plum Blossom International Federation annual seminars were held in San Francisco's headquarters school on February 28, 2004 by Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong.  There were over 50 students From 9 AM to 12 PM participating in the Tai Chi and Yi Quan seminar.  After lunch, from 1 PM to 4 PM was the seminar on the Choy Li Fut's Small Buddha Palm hand form.  The afternoon seminars had over 70 students participating in it.  There were 8 supportive schools besides the students from Doc-Fai Wong Martial Arts Center.

Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong was teaching the Plum Blossom Tai Chi Fan Seminar on June 28, 2003 in his San Francisco Headquarters Center for students who came from Redding, Chico and Berkeley of California.
