The 13th Annual Plum Blossom International Federation tournament and 40th Anniversary Celebration of Doc-Fai Wong teaching took place at the Kezar Pavillion in San Francisco on September 12th, 2009. Nearly 350 competitors from Plum Blossom Federation schools from around the USA and the world participated in 115 Divisions.
