Si Gung,

I'm currently in India and will stay there until January,i find it hard to practise my forms and stances in this heat,do you have any advice for me?
(mornings and evenings are difficult times to train,i mostly practise from 11morning til 4 afternoon timeperiod)

its better to train in a room has air conditioning. just train whenever you have time and do your best.
