Sorry to bother you on this point, but I was wondering if you could clarify a term.
Tiu-Cho, the movement in Seung Gup Dahn Gwun form. Could you please give the translation in english?

tiu is to lift up, cho is hays or grass, together means to lift up and turn over the hays
