Grandmaster, I have heard that St. Johns Wort is good to help one deal with lots of stress.. I have heard that you also recommend this herb to your instructors to help alleviate the stress incurred by a heavy teaching schedule. Is this true.... Also, is there anything else you can recommend on this topic. Thanks for the advice....

no, I didn't recommend it to my staff. the best way for reducing stress is practicing chi-kung and tai chi daily.
