I think you mean "bau jang" which means something like cannon elbow I think. Chiu tien wan sau means waving the hands in the sky. Same as waving hands like clouds in tai chi.

sorry to miss the one, bau jang is wrapping elbow, cannon is "pao". chiu tin wan sau is transporting your hands toward the sky.

Lan means block off, like jeh-lan, but dan-lan is an offensive move. no such thing sot-sow, you mean sot-sau? thats smashing hands.
