Hi Grandmaster,

I have had good results using Woodlock Oil for a sprained ankle. Should I use it in combination with Dit Dow Jow or Zheng Gu Shui? Are Dit Dow Jow & Zheng Gu Shui similar or do they have different uses?

Can you recommend any good books or articles about healing and/or these liniments?

Thanks!

if the woodlock oil is doing fine, keep using it. if you don't have woodlock oil, try dit ta jow next time. zheng gu shui is mainly for bone setting. its not good for sensitive skin.

Hello Grandmaster,

I was wondering if there is a shelf life, or "expiration date" for the Dit Da Jow. I have had a bottle for almost 5 years, and have only been using it infrequently, like when I am injured. So should i throw it out and get some more?

Thank you in advance for any input and information.

that depends on the situation. in general, massage gently three times daily. in some case, you can soak you hands of feet into the a bucket of warm dit da jow too.
