Grand Master,
During some seminars I've heard Ding Jeong is a palm strike to the rib area and Gong Jeong is like a upper cut palm strike high. In the form Chau Sot, it states Gong Jeong. I believe this strike is going to the rib area so would it be safe to call it Ding Jeong as well or is there a distinct difference other than lineage of the term?
Thank you in advance for your wisdom and continued support.
