Hi Grandmaster

In the federation there are some figure Si Hing, Tai SI Hing, Sifu and Tai Sifu.
I would ask you when and why a Si-Hing become a Tai Si-Hing and a Sifu become Tai Sifu.

Thank you for your answer

not Tai si-hing, is Dai si-hing, he is a black fringe level but teaching for your sifu's school, if he is having his own school, he will be promoted to Sifu later. Tai Sifu (not Dai sifu) is your sifu's sifu, equal si-gung, but gung in chinese means oldman or grandfather. most of the tai sifus are not that old, therefore we don't use si-gung. and si-gung in our federation is not grandmaster. grandmaster = head master of the organization.
